Responsibilities:
- Coordinate quality assurance in documentation tasks processes.
- Drive QA activities across the SDLC (Requirements → Design → Release).
- Ensure that the development workflow works well and properly
- Stay calm and effective under pressure.
- Engage early to catch risks, edge cases, and UX flaws.
- Collaborate closely with Devs, Designers, and Management to clarify requirements.
- Track tasks, and drive bug triage for smooth releases.
- Support team members, share knowledge
- Foster a strong quality mindset within the team.
You need to:
- Have at least a year of experience
- Be passionate about testing.
- Have understanding of schedules, pipeline, milestones, and releases.
- Be skilled at resolving conflicts constructively.
- Be self-motivated and self-organized
- Be communicative and creative
- Be a patient listener.
- Be highly self-motivated.
- Eager to support, mentor, and coordinate with others.
